Government Response: Separate Collection of Waste Materials for Recycling – A Code of Practice for Wales

Scrutiny point 1: The Welsh Government can confirm that the Code laid on 30 January 2024 replaces the version that was laid on 4 December 2023. This latest version of the Code is also the one that is live on the webpage. Stakeholders are being made aware that the code has been updated through the engagement being undertaken in preparation for the coming into force of the new requirements in April.
